Tomato sauce! You’re looking at 20+ pounds of tomatoes there. We’re going to freeze a lot of it for the winter. Like squirrels or early pioneers.

if you didn’t know a bit of sugar it cuts the acidity of the tomatoes…thats what my great grandmother taught me!
